Outstanding assistance! I was on the hunt for a new zip slider for my fleece, but I couldn't track down a YKK one that fit right. I reached out to Well Made Tools, who had the right size number listed, but it turned out to be too small. Ivy was super helpful and sent me a postage-paid label to return it, then sent another option, but that one didn't work either. After a couple more tries, we figured it was best to just replace the zip altogether. I really have to give props to Ivy for sticking with it and trying to help me out—truly exceptional service!

I initially ordered a loop turner, but it didn’t show up. I got in touch with the company, and they were super quick to respond. I got this foot, hoping it would work with my Toyota sewing machines. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit either one. An industrial sewing machine is way different from the ones we use at home. The foot is well made, though.
